- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a firm fixed-price contract to: Replace failed Chilled Water Coils located at 538 Tower Road, Ithaca, N.Y. 14853. This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12, 13, 15, and 36 and will be incorporated in the firm- fixed price contract.� The�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular (FAC) 2022-06 Effective May 26, 2022. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors.� The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Notice of Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns:� This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
