Description

***Amended*** The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (CO-OPS), Beaufort Laboratory located at 101 Pivers Island Road, Beaufort, NC 28516, has a requirement for replacement of fifteen (15) commercial grade windows of various sizes due to deterioration and leakage in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This project has the following major components. Remove and replace fourteen (14) existing window frames on second floor with fourteen (14) new bone white finish window frames. Remove and install fourteen (14) existing windows on second floor with fourteen (14) System EFCO 526 or equivalent thermal impact rated store front windows, approx. 70� height and 48� wide. Remove and replace one (1) existing window frame on first floor with one (1) new bone white finish window frame. Remove and install one (1) existing windows on first floor with one (1) System EFCO 526 or equivalent thermal impact rated store front windows, (part of one composite 4-piece window unit) of the following sizes: One (1) window approx. 70� height and 48� wide. Two (2) window approx. 70� height and 42� wide. One (1) window approx. 70� height and 16� wide.
