AMENDMENT 0002 Amendment 0002 incorporates updates and replaces Sections 00 22 00 ""Phase 1 Selection Procedures"" & 01 00 00 ""Base MATOC Statement of Work"", adds Section 01 45 00 ""Quality Control"" and extends the proposal due date to 05 July 2022 at 4:00PM CDT. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS Amendment 0002 will be posted later today. This amendment will extend the proposal due date from 27 June 2022 at 2:00PM to 05 July 2022 at 4:00PM CDT. Projnet is open at this time and will officially close 27 June COB. AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment 0001 removes DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 ""Contractor Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certificaion Level Requirement"" and extends the proposal due date to 27 June 2022 at 2:00 PM CDT.� Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Unrestricted with SB Business Reserve, Vertical Construction MATOC. Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the SupplierPerformance Risk System (SPRS) prior to any contract award. NAICS CODE: 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M. The market research analysis supports the establishment of an unrestricted solicitation with a Small Business Reserve IAW FAR 19.503, Reserves (a) and (b)(1). This strategy will provide a target of five (5) small businesses for the reserve, which could include one (1) Historically Underutilized Business Zone firm, one (1) Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business firm, and one (1) Women-Owned Small Business firm, and a target of five (5) unrestricted firms with a total value of $495 million in shared contract capacity. The target of five Small Business awards for the reserve will be made to those Small Business firms evaluated as the best value contractors regardless of socioeconomic category.
