- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE-� Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) � Fort Leonard Wood anticipates awarding a�8(a) competitive set aside�construction Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Leonard Wood Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Missouri. This Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) JOC will be used to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, new, and minor construction work, projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Leonard Wood, MIssouri and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA). The anticipated period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated solicitation posting date will be on or about 13 July 2022.� The applicable NAICS code is 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which a small business size standard is $36.5M.� This requirement will be a�8(a) Competitive set-aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.� All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via https://SAM.gov. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions and recommendations on how the anticipated solicitation can support industry better is strongly recommended.
