It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on June 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM PDT. The specific date and time is identified in this solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Oakland Inner and Outer harbor to -50-ft� (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements� in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. �Excluding Reach� 10A , the material from Reaches 1 through 10B is suitable for disposal at a Contractor-furnished� upland beneficial use site as cover and at all Government furnished in-bay disposal sites. The� material from Reach 10A must be taken to the Government-furnished SF-1 site, and is not suitable for disposal at any other disposal location. �
