Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC- Fort Buchanan has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C322R0006 for General Repairs at Building 206 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be award from this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 15 July 2022. This action is in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Subject to Availability of Funds. The RFP is issue as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invite to submit proposals under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System {NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. The magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000 and $1,000,000. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFP and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award. Vendors that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
