Description: The purpose of this PR is to create an IDIQ for Meggitt for NSNs 6150014676217NP, 6150014676218NP, 6150014676219NP, 6150014676715NP, 1135011950895NP, and 1135011950896NP. The 3 year structure will be as followed:-1st year-96 production cables, 1 Sample production cable, 3 FAs, for each of the 6 NSNs. -2nd year -33 production cables and 1 Sample cable for each NSN. -3rd year-total of 33 production cables and 1 Sample production cable for each NSN.
