- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Range & Training Area Management (RTAM) Division aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for the delivery of Clean, Washed Sand to various locations aboard Camp Lejeune. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract for this requirement. �This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 212321. The title of the associated NAICS is, Construction Sand and Gravel Mining. The Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This Pre-Solicitation notice is not a request for quotes or proposals.� The coming solicitation, M67001-22-Q-1105, will be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at www.Sam.gov.
