Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0022Q0136 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is for Assay Kits, Calibrators and Reagents consumables required for the Atlas instrument, at The DoD Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory, Joint Base San Antonio � Fort Sam Houston, TX. Period of Performance is 01 October 2022 thru 30 September 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a size standard of with a size standard of 1,000.� This procurement is being conducted as full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
