- BLM FY22-2 Fall Consolidated Seed Buy 140L3722R0020 Pre-Solicitation Notice: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center, intends to issue a solicitation for the Fall 22-2 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3722R0020. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations. Requirement Specifications will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, size standard is $12M. Multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts on a best value basis. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before August 10, 2022. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a Best Value basis. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about July 1, 2022 and will be posted on the SAM.gov website. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available - all documents will be posted at the website for download. Mark your calendars, A Pre-bid Conference Call held July 11, 2022 at 10 AM MT (Boise local time). Details will be provided in Solicitation Package. Heads up, Previous harvest crops of seed species that are covered under the Federal Seed Act will be expected to be tagged properly for interstate shipments. Offers will be due about 3 weeks after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
