- Description
- The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, RV camping, and related services within Death Valley National Park. Amendment No. 1 provides responses to questions about the Prospectus, received in writing by the original due date. This Amendment No. 1 also provides an opportunity to ask additional questions, due no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on July 15, 2022,�via email to Sue Eibeck at sue_eibeck@nps.gov. The NPS is only accepting electronic proposal submissions in response to this Prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on October 7, 2022, in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions. Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a ""Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal"" as described in the Proposal Instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on September 12, 2022. The Prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website (link provided in the Attachments/Links section of this announcement) including documents related to this Amendment No. 1.
