Description: ATF requires Spectrum Analyzers to identify RF interference that may degrade covert surveillance video evidence collection during surveillance operations. ATF requires (25) Spectrum Analyzers with Accessories. The Spectrum Analyzers must be handheld and portable, capable of operating from battery or USB power from laptop when required. See the attached Statemnet of Work for full specifications. ATF is seeking Statement of Work feedback, market research pricing, technical capabilities and past performance information for market research purposes.�
