- Market Survey/Request for Quotes -� For The Federal Aviation Administration�s (FAA) Command and Control Communications (C3) Division In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1 this announcement is to conduct a Market Survey for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from potential vendors. The responses will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).� Proprietary information that is appropriately marked will be protected in accordance with the FOIA. The FAA has a requirement to replace nine (9) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems; three (3) floor-mounted and three (3) ceiling-mounted units at the FAA EOC located in Suite 350, 409 3rd ST SW, Washington, DC 20024 and three (3) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the FAA HQ Penthouse UPS East and West rooms located at 800 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC� 20591. The responses to this market survey may result in the issuance of a Screening for Information Request (SIR) or a Directed Award (DA). �If there is an issuance of a SIR, the resultant award will be set-aide for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.� If the market survey responses result in a DA, the award will be set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business. The FAA requests the following from interested vendors: A submittal demonstrating your strategy/capability/methodology of performance in accordance with Section 2, �Description of Services� of the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. You response must not exceed 10 pages. Respondents must use font size Times New Roman 11 with your submittal. A price quote of all associated cost for this requirement. Respondents must also provide the following business information for their company: Company Name: Address: Point of Contact: CAGE Code: DUNS Number: (Unique Entity Identify) UEI SAM Number: Phone Number: E-mail Address: Web Page Address: Specify whether your company is a U.S. or foreign-owned firm: Respondents must also identify as to whether or not they are an eligible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business: Statement certifying that the respondent can comply with the Lincoln Property Company Commercial Requirements in Section 10 of the SOW. Identity of a representative to support further FAA inquiries and requests for clarifications of the information provided. All responses to this market survey must be received by July 20, 2022. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals at this time.� The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey.� Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor�s expense.
