- RLP Procurement Summary ����������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� AZ City:� Sierra Vista Delineated Area: North Boundary:� E San Xavier Rd to Via Socorro to Aveneda El Rancho South Boundary:� Avenida Cochise to Cam Montana to Calle Cumbre East Boundary:� Colmobo Ave to E Charleston Rd to Giulio Cesare Ave to S Ave Del Sol West Boundary:� Coronado Dr to San Xavier Rd Buildings with Property boundary(ies) on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 3,541 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. Offered space will require a dedicated LAN Room/Closet with 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year temperature control. Access to roof may be required to install a radio communication antenna along with access to elevator equipment area or similar type of area near roof for radio communication base stations. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20 feet on center, etc. Building must have a minimum 50� setback from all public parking. Building must have a minimum 100� setback from any public road/s. Must not be in any type of retail center. Portions of the CBP�s Physical Security Policies and Procedures Handbook [HB 1400-02C] Version 1.1 April 2020 are incorporated as part of the Agency Specific Requirements. Portions of the Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard Appendix B: Countermeasures 2018 are incorporated as part of the Agency Specific Requirements. The Minimum Security Requirements are incorporated as part of the Agency Specific Requirements. Exterior Lighting required at entrances, exits, parking lots, garages, VSS locations, and walkways from parking areas to entrances. 13 secured, gated, fenced, or walled restricted, and reserved parking spaces for exclusive use for the Government. 10 public parking spaces required. Restricted areas or significant areas and assets require fences, walls, gates or other barriers to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas. Hazardous materials shall be stored in restricted area away from loading docks entrances, and un uncontrolled parking. In order to obtain a copy of CBP�s Physical Security Policies and Procedures Handbook [HB 1400-02C] Version 1.1 April 2020, the Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities: An Interagency Security Committee Standard Appendix B: Countermeasures 2018, and the Department of Homeland Security Non-Disclosure Agreement must be completed, executed, witnessed, and returned to GSA�s assigned lease specialist or Lease Contracting Officer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
