Description: The intent of the RFI is to evaluate multiple contractors for the Construction Project Oversight Services Contract�the Building Commissioning Services Contract.�The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a three-year ordering period and an option to renew for another three years. Task orders will be issued for specific tasks. There are multiple construction projects ranging in price from 300 thousand to 30 million dollars. Some of the projects are as simple as office space renovations and complex in nature such as clean rooms and critical environment buildouts. As such, the firms responding to this RFI must possess sufficient technical capabilities to be able to perform their duties. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain availability of vendors and to determine interest in participation before a Request for Proposal (RFP) is released for the required services. Interested parties can submit information on all or any of the required services.
