Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for Solicitation Number: PANMCC-22-P- 0000 018117 The 918th Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), located in Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for HD Cable TV Services for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO for approximately 90 outlets.� The Period of Performance (POP) is the following: (Base) 21 September 2022 to 20 September 2023 with a four (4) 12 months option period. Option Year 1. 1001:21SEPT23-20SEPT24 Option Year 2. 2001:21SEPT24-20SEPT25 Option Year 3. 3001:21SEPT25-20SEPT26 Option Year 4. 4001:21SEPT26-20SEPT27 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS-Attachment #2). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code: 517311 Wired Telecommunication Carriers. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DG11- IT and Telecom- Network- Telecom Access Service. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set- Aside. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract from this solicitation.
