Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for proposal (RFP) to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), for a sole source, firm fixed price contract for long lead time material (LLTM) of two (2) rotational deployment mechanism (RDM) refurbishment kits for two (2) Virginia-class submarines. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-R-0012. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. A Sources Sought Notice for N32253-22-R-0012 was posted on SAM.gov from 06/02/2022 to 06/07/2022. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-22-R-0012. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting. The tentative Delivery Dates are 09/20/2023 and 04/11/2024. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 06/30/2022. All dates and information included in this announcement as subject to change.
