Draft Milestones The Government�s anticipated milestone schedule for this requirement is as follows: Final Proposal (RFP) Release: June 24, 2022 Proposals due: August 8, 2022 Period of Performance Start: June 2023 Description The purpose of the is pre-solicitation/synopsis notice is to provide information concerning Technical Data �Support Services for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Logistics Technical Data Department and invite industry to review and comment on the DRAFT Statement of Work.�� This requirement is in support of the mission(s) of the NAVAIR, COMFRC, and COMFRC Fleet Support Team (FST).� The scope of this contract includes support to the NAVAIR COMFRC HQ FST Logistics Technical Data Department in the following areas:� (1) technical data management support, (2) technical publishing support, (3) technical library/repository/Data Control Center (DCC) support, (4) logistics information technology support, (5) independent quality assurance support, (6) digital & physical access, control, content, transaction/exchange, and protection, (7) technical data content�s suitability & completeness for intended use analysis and configuration audits (e.g. DODI5010.12M, ASME, ASME Y14.41, & Y14.42, and S1000D), and (8) CDRL reporting.� This is an 8(a) Small Business Program Set-Aside. �The Government intends to competitively award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort CLINs for support services, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for various technical publications and corresponding cost reimbursable CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (Travel and Material). This contract will cover a five (5) year ordering period. The award of the contract will be from COMFRC Procurement Group (UIC N68520).� Eligibility The Government anticipates this procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 (Exception 1) (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) and Product Service Code (PSC) R706 Logistics Support Services and 7610 Books and Pamphlets.� The small business size standard is $41.5M.
