Description

The Government intends to aw ard a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform East Range, Power and Communication located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided within 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Questions are due by 27 June 2022, 12:00 pm (Arizona time). Proposals are due 16 July 2022, 12:00 pm. AZ Time.
