For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code, a telephone/facsimile number, and an email address. PRON: AX2F2129AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price contract, a minimum quantity of 100 each and a maximum quantity of 330 each of a Seat, Aircraft; NSN: 1680-01-560-8741; Part Number: 70500-52851-101 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 330 each, 720 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The required delivery of the Seat, Aircraft is 5 per month. Martin-Baker America Inc. (CAGE Code: 1Q842), 423 WALTERS AVE JOHNSTOWN, PA 15904-1134, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code 78286) 6900 MAIN ST STRATFORD, CT 06614-1378 are the only known sources identified as having the essential qualifications and access to the technical data required to meet the Government�s requirements. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this item from additional sources. All offerors must have the ability to procure the requisite proprietary data from Sikorsky or Martin-Baker in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
