- The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to replace existing Daktronics Electronic Display boards for the West and South gate entries at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK all work should be accomplished in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW). Background and Scope of Work: This project is to upgrade our existing electronic LED display boards for our South and West gate at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center campus. The electric LED display boards are used to inform Government employees and Contractors about upcoming events, safety messages, COVID-19 Community Level Status, current weather, and much more. The current hardware and software are outdated and no longer supported thus making the current electronic display boards obsolete. Your attention is directed to the attached RFQ 6973GH-22-Q-00198. Proposal shall include the following information: (1) Section A, Request for Quote, and Award, Blocks 12 through 16 (2) Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs; (3) Relevant fill-in clauses contained in Section - Terms and Conditions; This Procurement is set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small business [8(a)] and Service disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 339950; Sign Manufacturing.� For NAICS codes based on the number of employees, the average number of employees over the last twelve-month period cannot exceed 500. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (July 11, 2022).� Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), �if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.� Attached is a draft of the Statement of Work (SOW). Respondents are encouraged to review the statement of work and provide comments. ***No Phone Calls Please*** Proposals must be received electronically by the FAA Contracting Office, kimberly.sites@faa.gov, no later than 3:00 pm Central (Oklahoma Time) July 11, 2022.� This procurement will be awarded to the contractor whose proposal meets all technical criteria as specified in the Statement of Work and whose proposal complies with all terms and conditions of the RFQ at the lowest offered price (lowest price technically acceptable). This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.� The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
