Rural Development (RD) needs to secure the services of qualified contractors to provide management services for the following multi-family dwelling: Property Name and Address ����������� ����������� Number of Units ����� Brown Park Apartments���������������������������� �������� 27 ����� 300 Rice Street ����� Brownville, NY 13615 SCOPE: Upon receipt of a contract, the Contractor shall perform services for the management of the property. The Contractor will supply the necessary labor, time, attention and effort of the Contractor�s principals and employees regularly engaged in the business of the Contractor to properly discharge the obligations of the Contractor under this contract including supervision of maintenance and operation activities.
