- Description: The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, IAW� FAR 13.5, to Eppendorf North America. of �Enfield, Connecticut.� The objective of this requirement is to procure 2 10L glass Bioreactor vessels and their accessories. The Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) at WRAIR requires a new contract towards the procuring of two (2) 10L glass bioreactor vessels and its associated accessories/connections for use with BioFlo 320 bioreactor. These reactors are for use in testing and process development for vaccine production.� These vessels are proprietary to the BioFlo320 bioreactor and are provided only by the manufacturer. � � �The following are the specific deliverables for this material requirement: Vessel Bundle for BioFlo� 320, water jacket, magnetic-drive, 10L Pitched-Blade Impeller Kit, magnetic-drive, for 10L vessel Ph/Redox Sensor, Mettler Toledo� InPro� 3253i, ISM�, 425mm DO Sensor, Mettler Toledo� InPro� 6850i, ISM�, 420mm DO Electrolyte, 25 mL, 3 pack, Mettler Toledo�, pack of 3x 25 mL Recirculating Chiller, ThermoFlex� 1400 PD2, 120V/60Hz Regulator Kit, water, with prefilter, for up to 4 controllers This notice of intent is for information purposes only.� All sources eligible to provide this supply must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide supply outlined above.� A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.� If no responses are received, within 15 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable supplies are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
