RFQ 15F06722Q0000243 PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.� �The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with Bruker Nano, Inc (Itasca, IL) for the purpose of procuring the Qty One (1) IFS-118 Infinite Focus SL, Qty. One (1) OPO-121 ObjectiveAXRL10x, Qty. One (1) SSO-133 Service Visit, Qty. One (1) SSO-101 Expenses 4000, Qty one (1) SSR-101 Installation and Training. The Infinite Focus SL system is a self-contained, all in one system for 3D surface topology measurements. The proprietary software comes with a number of features that allow for rapid and accurate toolmark measurements. This combination of features and capabilities makes this device uniquely suited to Scientific and Biometrics Analysist Unit (SBAU) current needs. The system combines a computer, monitor, and sensor/camera and is not suitable for integration within a separate system. Only this suggested source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because Bruker Nano, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the Infinite Focus SL system and software. Bruker Nano, Inc. is also the manufacturer of the existing equipment at SBAU that will be replacing under this Contract. Bruker Nano, Inc. is the only vendor that is capable of interfacing all the necessary components. LAB220705 Calibrated, optical 3D measurement device: Travel range in Z 130mm (coarse), 25mm motorized Travel in XY 50mm x 50mm motorized LED lighting with individually controllable segments and motorized polarization to optimize sample lightning Hardware includes: 64bit highspeed controller 27inch screen joystick mouse and keyboard Software includes: Laboratory Measurement Module 3D data acquisition Measure Suite graphical user interface and measurement database standard measurement modules (profile form measurement, profile roughness measurement, surface texture measurement, volume measurement, 2D image measurement and automation) Alicona Inspect geometric difference and tolerance measurement module Drivers Price includes: 1 year software support and software updates packaging. The material or service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, and function) with existing systems presently installed. The current equipment is manufactured and acquired from Bruker Nano, Inc. previously. All items under this acquisition must coordinate, connect, or interface with the existing system.
