Description
The Contractor shall conduct semiannual sampling and monitoring at the ANAD groundwater wells in accordance with (IAW) the applicable ANAD Hazardous Waste permit provisions and IAW the methodology specified in the permit or the applicable EPA-approved method. Samples shall be sent to an EPA certified lab.� All Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements shall be met. Analytical data packages shall be at a minimum UDS Level 2 format. The contractor shall provide technical assistance and support to ANAD and respond to comments and correspondence from State and Federal regulators (pertaining to submittals to ADEM). The contractor shall prepare an ANAD specific Sampling and Analysis plan to have onsite when performing sampling activities.� The contractor shall complete two (2) semi-annual groundwater sampling events at the OB/OD unit and the solid waste landfill and shall complete a statistical report documenting semi-annual sampling events at the OB/OD site, including date, method, constituents of concern (COCs), etc.� The contractor shall complete an annual report according to the ANAD Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA) permit documenting the groundwater sampling and analysis for the OB/OD unit.� Optional tasks may include, site investigation(s), as needed after a spill or newly discovered Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU) to obtain information to describe the nature and extent of contamination, potential threat to human health and/or the environment, and to support a Corrective Measures Study or a finding of no further action required.� This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement.� North American Industry Classification System Code is 562910.
