Description

The purpose of this ammendment is to clarifiy the small business goals as it relates to the following question:� Industry Question:�In the small business tool provided in the Government�s response to questions for Solicitation No. 91990022R0045, �Evaluating Programs and Strategies to Improve Postsecondary Education Access and Success,� the small business goal is 31%. However, in the Government response table responding to the question about Small Business Subcontracting Goals for the Department of Education provided in the document �Industry Questions_Department Responses,� the percentage for subcontractors is listed as 37%. Would the Government please confirm which percentage is correct? Government Response: The Department confirms that the goal is 37%. The spreadsheet has been revised to reflect this percentage and reattached to the solicitation.� The question period is closed and no additional questions will be answered at this time.� --------- The purpose of this amendment is to include evaluation scales to accompany the evaluation criteria in the solicitation.
