Description: 10 Ton Daikin VRV III system at building 1013 has failed compressors requiring factory trained personnel to perform replacement in accordance to their warranty procedures for compressor replacement. To including two pressure switches and filter cores for clean-up procedures as well as gathering oil sample for acid testing including system pressure testing, labor/parts are not included in Daikin�s warranty only the compressors.
