This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N3220522Q2083 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). For a Services buy, the quote shall contain all pre-award submission/certification requirements as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement.
