As previously mentioned under Pre-Solicitation Notice W15QKN-22-B-0001, the US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ in support of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PMCAS), hereby issues an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure the 60mm (PA175 and PA189), 81mm (PA162), and 120mm (PA167) Fiber Containers in support of 60mm, 81mm, and 120mm Mortar Cartridges. NAICS code 322219, Other Paperboard Container Manufacturing; size standard of 1,000 employees. The United States Government (USG) plans a single-award Two (2) year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which will include an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause. The contract will have Six (6) ordering periods during the two year span. The anticipated Ordering Periods for the Fiber Containers are as follows: Year 1 Ordering Period 1 30 September 2022 - 31 January 2023 Year 1 Ordering Period 2 01 February 2023 - 31 May 2023 Year 1 Ordering Period 3 01 June 2023 - 29 September 2023 Year 2 Ordering Period 4 30 September 2023 - 31 January 2024 Year 2 Ordering Period 5 01 February 2024 - 31 May 2024 Year 2 Ordering Period 6 01 June 2024 - 29 September 2024 See the attached IFB and other attachments for additional information.
