- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), on behalf of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) Woods Hole, Massachusetts, requires landscaping and ground maintenance services for base year plus four option years as specified in the solicitation and statement of work for NOAA/NEFSC located at 212 Rogers Avenue, Milford, Connecticut 06460.� Period of Performance:� 1 September 2022 through 31 March 2027.� Department of Labor Wage Determination (as incorporated) is applicable to the work.� INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THIS WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE.� The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective May 26, 2022. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home. The solicitation number is 1333MF-22-Q-NFFM-0036? Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon the contractors to monitor the SAM Federal Contract Opportunities site all subsequent amendments. The anticipated award date will be on or about July 15, 2022. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 (Commercial Acquisition)). All responsible small business concerns/sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award�Management (SAM), https://sam.gov/content/home, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered and active with the SAM.
