- 2023 DLA Aviation Supplier Conference Market Survey Objective:� To find an industry partner or event planning service provide to co-host a supplier conference in May 2023.� The goal of the conference is to stimulate industry interest and deepen understanding about Defense Supply Center Richmond and the Defense Logistics Agency while generating collaborative exchanges between DLA, DoD, and the defense industry. Background: Three-day conference to be held downtown in Richmond, VA (Greater Richmond Convention Center preferred) � see Attachments 1 and 2 for pricing options from the Greater Richmond Convention Center Planned timeframe is May 2023 1,200 estimated attendees Proposed schedule: Day One:� Early AM promotional booths area open for set-up.� Early PM exhibit hall preview Day Two:� Continental breakfast, commence conference, lunch, breaks, early PM reception Day Three:� Continental breakfast, commence conference, lunch, breaks Capacity for 100 exhibits (10� x 10� minimum) 1x Reception / 2x Breakfasts / 2x Lunches / 3x breaks per day 275x complimentary registrations for DoD personnel (includes breakfasts and lunches) 10x complimentary registrations for guest speakers 125x complimentary access passes to reception for DoD personnel 12x complimentary booths for DoD activities 16x onsite parking passes for DoD key personnel Tasks required: Website and marketing operations Registration, both pre-conference and onsite Maintain conference registration database Booth registration, management, and shipping support Defense industry outreach Provide defense industry speakers Site contracts, logistics, operations, and management Exhibit management Catering Audio-visual services Photographic and videographic services Handouts Budgeting Financial management and accounting services Regular pre-conference progress meetings with DLA Please Provide Answers to the Following Questions Are you a for profit or not-for-profit business?
