- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 80KSC022R0078 This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 80KSC022R0078 for a NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Heavy Duty Tanker Truck. The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 2022-06 effective May 26, 2022. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 336212 and 1000 employess respectively.� The offeror shall state in their proposal their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Florida is required.� The offeror shall provide a delivery date as part of the proposal.� Delivery required within 6 months of order.� �Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination.
