Description

New HVAC System Install, Port Orchard, WA - NEW REQUIREMENT, NO INCUMBENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220.� The small business size standard is $16.5M. The SCLS applies for Kitsap county, WA. This is a project to replace the existing VRF Daikin systems servicing Building-12 at Manchester with similar capacities and functions for all the spaces listed in the attached Statement of Work. See attached Statement of Work for full list of requirements. Period of Performance: Contractor shall provide a fully functional and operational system 180 days from contract award date.
