Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ), W91CRB-22-Q-5022, is for the procurement of Peltor Comtac Dual Comm Kits in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Croatia. All quotes are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case HR-B-UB2. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured.� This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper.� All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through� Sam.Gov at (https://sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Charrissa Stancell, Contract Specialist, via email to: charrissa.m.stancell.civ@army.mill no later than 12:00 PM EST on 23 June 2022. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. This solicitation will close on 28 June 2022 at 12:00PM EST.
