Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for a quantity of two (2) DRS-4500 DEPLOYABLE REFILL STATIONS for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is�325120 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Solicitation number F9E1GP2067AW01 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06� Effective April 26, 2022. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides the lowest quote, conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation, meets all the requirements that are outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. CLIN 0001: Part # AMTC-X0084 or equal Delivery - Destination 180 Days after contract award. Include the following information on your quote: cage code, tax id number, company name, UEI #, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid until 9/30/2022 to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote. QUOTES ARE DUE NLT FRIDAY 7/8/2022 6:00 PM EST AND SHALL BE SENT TO JASON.RIOS.1@US.AF.MIL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIS) WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL COB FRIDAY 7/1/2022.
