Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Missions Solutions Division has a requirement to procure a software maintenance agreement. The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Parraid, LLC through a five (5) year, Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
