Description: This project will repair the Computer Resource Facility, Building 703 with a complete roofing system. Building 703 was built in 1960, and extensively renovated in 2014. The existing flat roof has multiple levels causing continuous leaking due to movement. A new roof system with eave overhangs will be installed over the existing roof system correcting all the roof pitch break joints as well as providing a more energy efficient envelope.
