Description

This requirement is to provide labor, equipment, materials, insurances, supervision, incidentals and all necessary to perform the Replacement of Chiller System at Building 1070 Antilles High School, Fort Buchanan, PR 00934 This requirement is issue as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for the requirement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The PSC is N041 Installation of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Equipment. Small Business Size Standard $16,500,000.00 The magnitude of the requirement is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Bid Bond for this requirement shall be submitted at 20% of the Contractor's total proposed price.
