Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region 5, is seeking a contractor to remove and replace existing R22 HVAC units at the Major General Emmett J Bean Federal Center (Base) and the Daycare (Option) located at 8899 E. 56th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Approximately 12 HVAC units currently utilize R22 freon at the Bean Center (Base) and 10 HVAC units at the Daycare (Option). The construction cost estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The on-site period of performance is 90 calendar days for the Base and 90 calendar days for the Option. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for July 19, 2022 at 9:00AM Central/ 10:00AM Eastern; notification to the Contracting Officer of proposed attendance will be required.
