Description

Annual Licensing Campus Consortium 70Z03922PCGA00054 The United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award a sole source contract, under the authority of F.A.R. 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. The USCGA intends to award a contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to SHI International, CORP for campus-wide EDU software licensing for Adobe Creative Cloud products and Microsoft licensing. This is an annual licensing agreement between Northeast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) and Software House International (SHI). This agreement covers fac/staff as well as limited home use licensing for the Coast Guard Academy Academic years 2022-2023. The Coast Guard Academy Information Systems division has a Campus Consortium agreement with the NERCOMP ETLA. This consortium co-exists solely with SHI, which provides all Adobe Products to the Northeast colleges. Due to previous NERCOMP ETLA agreement made with SHI, CGA is required to purchase through this vendor to keep continuity for the educational system for the Coast Guard Academy students. This consortium co-exists with SHI, which provides all software products to the Northeast colleges. FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Any question on this notice may be addressed to Jason E.
