NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � PERKIN ELMER HEALTH SCIENCES, INC. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source�under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)�(1)(i), ""Only one responsible source"" based on the company being the only expertise in the Preventive Maintenance on� PinAACLE900T THGA/FL HSN W H2O RECIR and the S10AUTOSAMPLER� in which the�government is seeking and is there Fore the only source capable of�satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends�to solicit and negotiate with PERKIN ELMER HEALTHINC., 710 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, SHELTON, CT� 06484 .FOR: Preventive Maintenance on the��PinAACLE900T THGA/FL�HSN W H2O RECIR and the S10AUTOSAMPLER. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,�any responsible source who believes it is�capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement,�proposal, or quotation, which shall be�considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of�this notice. A determination not to�compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this�notice is solely within the discretion of the�Government.�Responses to this notice are due on or before 07/06/2022 by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time to patricialee.a.pomarico.civ@army.mil.
