Contract Award Dollar Amount:�$38,088.60 Line Item Number:�CLINs 4001 and 4002 Contract Award Date:�3 August 2022 Contractor:�Work Services Corporation Description: The 82d Contracting Squadron intends to exercise Option Period Four (4) for Contract FA302018P0083. The FA302018P0083 FY18 MDG Paper Shredding contract provides document shredding services to the Sheppard AFB clinic. The contract meets or exceed all HIPAA and Privacy Act Standards and provide secure storage device for the temporary storage of HIPAA and Privacy Act documents. The contract provides fourteen (14) consoles serviced on a bi-weekly schedule at Sheppard AFB. The contract was initially awarded on 24 August 2018 based on the belief the requirement was on the AbilityOne procurement list. A search of the AbilityOne.gov procurement list reveled the requirement is not on the procurement list. Originally, the award was not synopsized based on FAR 5.301. Option Period One (1) and Option Period Two (2) were not synopsized based on FAR 5.202(a)(4). Option Period Three (3) was not synopsized based on FAR 5.202(a)(11). This synopsis serves to meet the requirement in FAR PART 5.
