- The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued this special notice to engage and collaborate with industry to gather feedback on the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Catering Services. The Government will be offering One-on-One sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested parties may register via email to the Contracting Officer, Laura Baker at Laura.Baker@fhfa.gov. One-on-One sessions are being offered to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to gather clarification on the opportunity and share information. The purpose of this request is to accomplish the following: Gauge overall vendor interest in this FHFA requirement. Verify that the work requirements and objectives are clear, reasonable, and attainable. Gather information that can be used to inform, formulate, and enhance a procurement strategy and solicitation.� The times listed below are EDT. Please submit top three choices and a notification will be sent of time and day. A Teams meeting invite will be sent out prior to the One-on-One session. Deadline to sign up for the One-on-One sessions will be 2:00PM on Monday, July� 11, 2022. DATE: July 13, 2022 TIMES: 11:00 AM, 1:00PM, 2:00PM,�or 3:00PM DATE: July 14, 2022 TIMES: 9:00AM, 2:00PM,�or 3:00PM The Government requests that each entity designate a single primary Point of Contact for communications regarding this effort. Please ensure your SAM registration is current. Please submit the following information: Company Name: Point of Contact: Email: Position: SAM UEI NUMBER: Additionally, we encourage parties who are unable to participate in the One-on-One sessions but interested in the acquisition to review the attached draft PWS and provide questions, comments, or recommendations on the attached Table 1 - Catering Services Draft PWS Questions/Comments/Recommendations Spreadsheet by no later than 4:00PM on July 14, 2022. Note:�The Government will take all questions, comments, and recommendation, under advisement and consideration, however no direct answer or response will be provided.� Respondents are also advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. �Nor does this notice obligate FHFA to contract for services.
