Description: The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with M. Bruan Inc as the only responsible source that can provide Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to procure a Gas Glovebox workstation in order to maintain therapeutic protein targets under anoxic conditions and perform crystallization of protein targets for Structure Based Drug Design (SBDD). The only glovebox workstation that can support this requirement is the Labstar Pro SP (1250/780) Glovebox with gas purification for the work under controlled atmosphere with less than one (1) ppm oxygen and moisture. The contractor shall install a Glovebox system and train researchers on using the Glovebox system.
