Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation to demolish 3 structures within Stones River National Battlefield (STRI), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), in Rutherford County, Murfreesboro, TN, on or about July 13, 2022. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P5422R0030. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238910. The small business standard is $16.5M. The cost range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. SITE VISIT: Only (1) one site visit is scheduled for this action on July 26, 2022 at 10:00am (CT) in Murfreesboro, TN. Details will be provided with the solicitation. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on Aug 02, 2022 to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded towards the middle of August, 2022. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Rutherford County, TN will apply. The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation will be posted on sam.gov on or about July 14, 2022. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available - all available documents will be posted for download. IF a solicitation is issued, any offer submitted should be valid for at least 30 days of the offer deadline in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. After issuance of solicitation, send any inquires via email to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov by 10:00am (ET) on Aug 02, 2022. NO oral questions will be accepted. Late offers will NOT be accepted. NOTE: No additional information is available until the solicitation is released.
