Amendment 0001 is issued to remove CDRL A002 ***The latest (RFP) Request for Proposal Solicitation, Amendment 0001, Amendment 0002, and the Question & Answers are located in the Attachements/Links section** The Government currently has a requirement to procure the following: Description: .50 Cal. Blank Firing Attachments NSN: 1005-01-091-7510 Part No: 9324931 Quantity: 2000 ea. Two-Year, Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements Contract Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Delivery Schedule: 300 days w/Fat This solicitation is competed as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside only. This will result in a Two-Year, Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements Contract Award. The Following Government Furnished Property will be supplied for the contractors use: 1 each M2 Machine Gun, .50 CAL Fixed (NSN: 1005-00-957-3893) 1 each MT TPD MG CAL .50 M3 (NSN: 1005-00-322-9716) 550 each M1A1 Blank (NSN: 1305-01-078-4879) All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation�closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered. NOTE: Given the work environment surrounding COVID-19 pandemic, the Government requests for the proposal received in response to this solicitation to remain valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days. TDP Requirement: Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. �To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company.� See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf.
