- MCRC-FY22-SOURCES_SOUGHT_PERFORATED_WINDOW_WRAPS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: This is a Sources Sought request for information to be used for market research purposes only. �The Government is seeking responses from small businesses capable of performing the required services. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. �Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. �Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant contract for this requirement.� Please note that this requirement is in the developmental phase and the Statement of Work (SOW) and information provided is subject to change.� The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement.� Participation is strictly voluntary. All Sources Sought responses shall be received by 2:00PM EST on 12 July 2022.� The United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office-Parris Island (USMC RCO-PI) intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contract for delivering and installing�� perforated window wraps for glass storefronts to Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) recruiting offices located throughout the United States and its territories, which will include a site survey to gather pertinent data and measurements, printing using a provided sizable graphic, and installation by the contractor.� During the installation process, the contractor will be expected to remove the current graphic, clean the window surfaces (including glass on doors), and install the new perforated window wrap on all glass surfaces.� This requirement entails approximately 290 storefront locations with an average of 240 square feet per facility.� Please note that these are estimates.� MCRC contemplates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single award Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract with estimated quantities. The Government will issue Task Orders for the quantities actually required.�� NAICS Code: 541850 �Outdoor Advertising� applies to this RFI. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine the interest of the small business community in supporting this requirement. MCRC is interested in gaining further information from small businesses on whether or not they will be capable of appropriately pricing this requirement based on the information given in the attached SOW. Interested respondents should submit a capabilities statement package (no more than 15 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum, pictures included) clearly demonstrating the firm�s ability to perform the services. A generic capability statement is not acceptable. Included in the capabilities statement package, respondents shall address the questions listed below in order for MCRC to gain further information on how to proceed with this requirement. Please review the requirements listed below. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: 1. Title of the requirement, Company Name, Physical Address, Website Address, and POC (to include phone number and email address). 2. Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number/CAGE Code, statement regarding current small business status, and verification of System for Award Management (SAM) registration. 3. Prior/current corporate experience (private and/or government) performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three (3) years. Statements should describe the dollar value, indicate whether your firm acted as the prime or subcontractor, list of customer Point(s) of Contact with phone number(s), and provide description of the experience and how the referenced experience relates to the requirements as described in the draft document attached.� Pictures of work should be included as a visual representation of prior efforts.� Before and after pictures may be used to demonstrate quality and durability.� 4. Description regarding capability to meet requirements discussed in the Statement of Work. 5. Responses to the following questions: a. What is a realistic timeframe to accomplish each project by location?� Does your company have the capability of completing this effort within one year?� b. What perforated window wrap obscurity densities does your company offer?� What are the pros and cons of each? c. What brand(s) of perforated window wrap does your company offer?� d. Approximately how much would the entire project cost? �Please provide estimated costs that may be associated with this requirement with as many details as possible with the information provided (i.e. price per sq. foot, installation charges, travel cost, etc.).� If your company offers different brands/models or visual obscurity densities of perforated window wrap, please provide cost estimates for each brand/model.����� e. Does your company recommend lamination?� What type/thickness of lamination does your company recommend?� Is lamination necessary/recommended in all areas or just some, such as the desert southwest? f. Does your company hold any certifications pertaining to printing or installing graphics? g. What is the estimated life span of the product?� If your company offers different densities and brands, please provide the life span of each.� �� h. What type of warranty does your company offer? �� i.
