Sources Sought: Licenses to Commercial Real Estate Market Research Database Access Disclaimer and Important Notes: This posting is a Sources Sought to gauge interest from potential vendors and is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This posting is not a Request for Quotations and it is not considered to be a commitment by the Government to award a contract nor is the Government responsible for any costs incurred in furnishing information provided under this Sources Sought. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information shall be included in your response to this Sources Sought. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate, including using technical information provided by respondents in any resultant solicitation. Responses will assist the Government in determining the availability of potential solutions and commercial services in the market. At this time no solicitation exists; therefore, do not Request a Copy of the Solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Requirement: The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Real Property Management Division (RPMD) has a requirement to obtain two web based licenses (subscriptions) for current commercial real estate market information which covers all of the United States, including the areas outside of the major metropolitan markets, for research of property values, market conditions, and current availability of real property. The web based tool will support NOAA�s Real Property Management Division (RPMD) in evaluating offers and budgeting for real estate acquisitions and NOAA real estate needs. The application would provide real estate values, conditions, and availability throughout the United States which will support NOAA in performing market analyses and budgetary estimates. Further, said real estate information will provide data regarding lease(s) and lease modeling results for comparison and projection purposes. RPMD seeks two web based licenses, one for the office located in Silver Spring, MD, and the other for our office located in Seattle, WA. The NAICS Code for this request for information is 519130 � Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a standard size of 1,000 employees. Submission of Information: Interested parties are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the capability, qualifications, and experience to satisfy the requirements. Specifically, any interested parties are requested to provide the following information: Company name and address DUNS number GSA Contract Number Type of business (e.g., large business, small business, 8(a), veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and/or women owned small business) as validated via the System for Award Management (SAM) Company point of contact � name, phone, and e-mail address Demonstrate capabilities for meeting tasking areas listed in the attached Draft Statement of Work. Note* Contractors doing business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before they can be awarded a contract. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
