- Description
- The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Management, Office of Acquisition and Assistance, hereby issues this RFI for the purpose of providing industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment and provide feedback on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Central America Regional Support Services IDIQ and to determine if there are capable organizations that can satisfy the requirements, as part of market research.� USAID reserves the right to, or not to, incorporate any, some, or none of the comments received from this RFI into any subsequent solicitations. USAID reserves the right to modify the scope and scale of the RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Responses to this RFI shall not be portrayed as proposals and will not be accepted by the U.S. Government (USG) to form a binding agreement. This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the USG to issue any solicitation or ultimately an award on the basis of this RFI, or to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.�
