Description: APHIS seeks an organization to design, develop, and deliver training supporting AITP�s �Pillars of International�Excellence:� understanding culture, working in complexity, diplomacy and protocol, oral and written�communication, and negotiation. The Agency will use this training to improve critical soft skills of APHIS�scientists, regulatory officials, and analysts in high-visibility positions representing the Agency internationally. This solicitation for the AITP (APHIS International Training Program) is second of three we plan to use for the entire training program. �Each source will deliver a specific segment of the training program depending on its area of specialization. � �
